Gülden Kaygas

Gülden is a Turkish SMMM (Certified Practicing Accountant). She joined BDO Turkey in 1998 and she was the manager in-charge of several large size company audits such as Alarko Group Companies till 2014 when she left BDO Denet.

She was actively involved in the audits of the public companies that applied inflation accounting promulgated by the Capital Markets Board in 2003 and 2004.

She conducted several foreign entity audits that involved assurance services of their reporting packages and therefore she has accumulated extensive experience in management reporting.

During her career, she conducted several financial due diligence assignments of companies operating in food production, construction, tourism and services industries and thus she has gained extensive experience in this service line of corporate finance.

Gülden left BDO Denet in 2014 and since then, she is the consultant of several companies providing IFRS, year- end statutory reporting and management reporting consultancy services. She has in depth experience and technical expertise in consolidation and inflation accounting according to IFRS.
