Ela Alkaya

Ela Alkaya began her career in 1996 and spent 13 years as a managing partner at Usta Information Systems. During this time, she worked passionately on R&D and custom software projects.

She participated in various projects as a business analyst and project manager, including several transformation projects for domestic and international companies.

After her tenure at Usta, she provided consultancy services in management accounting, contributing to the development of financial processes in various firms. Before Usta, she served as Reporting Manager at Başer Holding, coordinating USGAAP-based consolidation efforts. This experience allowed her to understand how reporting processes could be made more effective and played a significant role in this area.

She was in-charge of the project that entailed a tailored Inflation Accounting and Consolidation software Usta Yazılım developed exclusively for BDO Turkey in 2003 and thus she has in depth expertise in these accounting techniques.
